This privacy policy describes how Ancon AB, org.nr. 556257-3039, ("Ancon AB") processes your personal information. Ancon AB will in all situations ensure that personal data is processed legally and correctly. Below you will find how we process your data. This privacy policy applies only to Ancon AB's account holders and customers who use our online services at ancon.
1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

3.2 For you as an account holder.
We may process the following personal information about you as an account holder:
- Name,
- Contact information, such as an address, e-mail address and telephone number, port code
- IP numbers and information about your use of Ancon AB's website and ancon app.
- Information about your account holdings and account ID,
- Information about your orders and order history as well
- Payment information and payment history.
4. WHY AND ACCORDING TO WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
4.1 To be able to enter into and manage agreements with you as an online customer or account holder, Ancon AB collects and processes personal data belonging to you. The legal basis for our processing of your personal information is that it is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you or to take action before such an agreement is concluded. If you do not provide the above-mentioned personal information, we will not be able to offer our services, place an order or otherwise fulfill our obligations to you.
4.2 Ancon AB also collects and processes personal data belonging to you as an online customer or account holder to quality assure our business, to contact you and offer and market our services to you. We may also send you relevant marketing offers in the form of newsletters, promotional offers via social media, e-mail, and SMS. The legal basis is that treatment is necessary for our legitimate interest in being able to develop our business and meet your needs, market products and services that we believe you may be interested in. Our interest in processing your personal data for this purpose takes precedence over your potential interest in protecting your personal privacy in light of the potential benefits that marketing brings to you. However, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
4.3 Certain personal data may also be processed because Ancon AB has a legal obligation to fulfill, for example, personal data as a result of Ancon AB's accounting obligation or other obligations that are imposed on us by law.
5. HOW LONG DO WE SAVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
5.1 Ancon AB never stores data longer than necessary for the processing. We, therefore, carry out regular thinning among stored personal data and remove the data that is no longer needed.
5.2 Ancon AB saves information about you as an online customer or account holder for a maximum of 12 months after you last placed an order or otherwise interacted with Ancon AB. For example, your account with Ancon AB will be deleted after this time period. However, Ancon AB may need to store personal data after this time period, among other things in order to administer any guarantees, claims deadlines, to comply with legal requirements and to handle legal claims that may be directed against Ancon AB.
5.3 The user account with all its data can be deleted by using the in-app delete function or by contacting Ancon AB. However, Ancon AB may need to store anonymised personal data after this deletion, among other things in order to administer any guarantees, claims deadlines, to comply with legal requirements and to handle legal claims that may be directed against Ancon AB.
6. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?
6.1 Ancon AB provides information to Group companies and partners such as payment providers for handling your payment and the bids and restaurants that deliver your orders. Ancon AB may also need to pass on information to the relevant third party if we have a legal obligation to do such as to detect, prevent or alert fraud.
7. WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Ancon AB may process your personal data both inside and outside the EU / EEA. Ancon AB will take the necessary steps to ensure that the transfer takes place legally and that data remains protected by the receiving parties outside the EU / EEA.

9. PROFILING
9.1 If you are an account holder, Ancon AB can process your personal data through profiling such as analysis of how you use our website, about the services and offers you have been interested in, information about your purchases and information about your account holdings to provide you with offers that we believe fit you. You can at any time object to the processing of personal data through profiling. However, this does not apply if such treatment is necessary for the conclusion or execution of an agreement with you or if such treatment is permitted by applicable law.
10. WHAT HAVE YOU REGISTERED FOR RIGHTS?
10.1 Right of access. You have the right to contact Ancon AB as a personal data controller and request access to the personal data we process, as well as request information on, among other things, the purposes of the processing and who received the personal data. Ancon AB, as personal data controller, will provide you with a free copy of the personal data processed. In case of extra copies, Ancon AB may charge an administration fee.
10.2 The right to rectification and restriction. You have the right to have your personal data corrected without undue delay or, subject to certain conditions, limited. If you believe that Ancon AB processes personal information about you that is incorrect or incomplete, you may need to have it corrected or supplemented.
10.3 Right to delete. You also have the right to have your information deleted, among other things, if they are no longer necessary for the purpose or if their processing is based on consent and this has been revoked. However, there may be legal requirements or contractual relationships that prevent us from deleting your personal information.
10.4 Right to object. As a registered person, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data if the legal basis for the processing consists of a balance of interests. You who are registered also have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data if these are processed for direct marketing.
10.5 Right to data portability. As a registered person, you have the right to obtain the personal data you have provided to Ancon AB as personal data manager and you have the right to transfer this data to another personal data manager (data portability). 11. CHANGES TO THE POLICY
Ancon AB reserves the right to change and update this policy. In the event of material changes to the policy or whether existing information is to be treated in a different way than stated in the policy, Ancon AB will appropriately inform this.
