We have been developing software for restaurants since 1998, and in 2015 we started developing a brand new platform that we expect to launch in 2016.

We are now looking for a new skilled support technician to help us maintain a high level of service to our restaurant customers around Sweden.

About the service
The service includes user support, troubleshooting and installation of our software via telephone and Internet (remote connection). Depending on your skills and willingness to develop, the position can be adapted to your abilities. We want to hear about your specific qualities to help you thrive and perform well. Installation of equipment at customer site may occur.

Support team staff have flexible working hours according to their responsibilities. On-call/standby is part of the service, approximately every five weeks.

About you
You should have an interest in IT and technology. Previous experience or education is not the most important thing – personality is. You need to be stress-resistant, easy to talk to customers on the phone and have a lot of balls in the air.

You can be junior or senior, we will adapt the role to your experience and skills.
