Pontus Group is flying high with its new venture at Arlanda Airport: Pontus in the Air. For this unique airport restaurant, restaurateur and entrepreneur Pontus Frithiof chose to collaborate with Ancon.
The restaurant has high ambitions to deliver world-class food and service, which places high demands on restaurant systems. In the brasserie, staff work with portable tablets to take orders and place orders at the guest’s table, and when it’s time to pay, they use portable card terminals linked via WiFi to the cash register systems.
These handheld devices save staff time and allow them to provide guests with a fast and good service.
In the Market part of the restaurant, the staff works with fresh 12″ plates installed in Heckler Design stands. Fast, convenient and modern!
