Shortly after Pierre Johansson took up his post at Restaurang Villa this year, the procurement of a new payment system began. Ancon was chosen as the supplier of the POS system and related IT services. Restaurang Villa is a subsidiary of the Villa Lidköping association and manages the restaurant, bar and all kiosks in Sparbanken Lidköping Arena.
In conjunction with the new IT environment, Restaurant Villa benefits from integrated card payment, which means faster service to guests. With Ancon’s invoicing module and its direct connection to FortNox, operational staff saves a lot of time, and administrative staff also get a much easier handling. Handwritten notes are a thing of the past and have now been replaced by simple keystrokes. The traditional staff register (green book) has been replaced by Ancon’s digital clock-in plate, which saves staff time and further streamlines administration.
Ancon will collaborate with the local IT company SBL Data for network monitoring and on-site support.
