The Culinary Craft Foundation, which runs a restaurant school at Thomasgymnasiet in Strängnäs, has chosen to run its restaurant operations in cooperation with Ancon AB.

As the school was looking for a modern and flexible system that would also be easy to work with, the Ancon G2 was chosen. The different year groups will prepare and serve lunch and dinner. This means that a lot of different people are moving around in the service area and this places high demands on a clear and simple system. We wish all students the best of luck in their education and future careers.
